Here is the form filled out.

We have left the description blank since there will be only one file required for this assignment. With only one file, there's no need for a description to distinguish it. We are expecting a C file (the file extension match is case-insensitive), and we insist that it contain only text data. Each file submitted by students will be stored under the name a1.c, regardless of the what the student called it.

When we have adjusted the new assignment as required, we press DONE.
