Here is the upload form used by students to submit their work.

The URL of this form is constructed from the script location, the instructor's account name, and the file name from the assignment editor. You may find it useful to copy this link into the web page or document describing your assignment.

The student need only display the web page, fill in the name, and select the file to send.
